Insurance & Payments
We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid. Our billing team is happy to verify your coverage before your visit and answer any questions about co-pays or deductibles.
Hours of Operation
Our main clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with extended hours until 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our emergency department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — because health emergencies don't keep business hours.
What to Bring
For your first visit, please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any referral documents if applicable. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. Online check-in is available — look for the link in your confirmation email.
